**JOB TITLE**:
Logistics Coordinator

**REPORTS TO**:
General Manager

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The **Logistics Coordinator** is responsible for the management of chick orders and eggs and providing customer service to producers. Ensures the completion of the required task each day following hatchery protocols and standard operating procedures. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and motivates the logistics **team** members to achieve this on a daily basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Ensures Accurate input of scheduling data
- Managing Egg inventory
- TRQ management/ordering
- Hatch analyses
- Preparing sets accurately
- Prepare shipping paperwork
- Prepare hatch plans and communicate with team leads
- Manage sale of surplus chicks
- Administrative paperwork related to logistics
- Preparing drivers schedule for driver lead to complete
- Create and manage policies related to Logistics
- Report to Management sales and egg supplies
- Producer Customer Service
- Order and maintain Vaccine inventory
- Maximus Database implementation
- Other duties as assigned
