Job Overview
Alpine is currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and resourceful Compliance Administrator. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 1 month with the possibility of turning into a permanent role. This role is on-site position, reporting to the Director, Compliance, you will have an important role to play in onboarding our subcontractor partners.
**What You Will be Doing**:
- Drafting scope of work documents
- Creating subcontractor budgets
- Tracking of documentation and agreements
- Providing detailed reporting
- Data entry into Excel documents and other platforms
- Supporting the Operations team by ensuring smooth management of subcontractor network
- Assisting with following up on legal requirements, such as insurance, workers compensation coverage, business licences, and security clearances to ensure subcontractors are compliant
- Attending to special projects assigned by the Manager
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and with Adobe
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Resourceful and proactive; doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Collaborative
- Has a high degree of learning agility
- Diplomatic and professional in demeanor
- Can maintain confidentiality
- A background in Finance is considered an asset, but is not required
- English fluency required; other languages are an asset but not required
