**Responsibilities**
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed

**Requirements**:
BA in Business Administration, or related field preferred-3-6 years of high volume store management experience -Must have the availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meets the demands of a retail business and retail consumer which may include regular nights, weekends, long and short shifts. -Retail Operations knowledge including: sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation and loss prevention. -Strong Computer skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office, Math Skills and Phone Skills
- Staff Development Experience: Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training, development, employee corrective action and performance management. -Able to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -Demonstrated ability to lead and create a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service -Demonstrated ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks, including receiving shipment and maintain store cleanliness, will occasionally participate in those tasks when additional support is needed. -Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English -Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds occasionally -Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities.BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field

**Salary**: $72,500.00-$86,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
