- Oversee daily operations of the paint line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify defects and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory tracking, quality metrics, and team performance.
- Train new team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and oversee maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate production needs and resolve any issues.
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
