Accounts Payable

Stronks Feedlot Ltd. is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable to support financial operations across our feedlot and three affiliated companies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where integrity, teamwork, and accuracy are valued.

You’ll work closely with the Controller and the Director of Operations to manage accounts payable and crop data entry. Our newly renovated office is located just 20 minutes north of Lethbridge, in the heart of Picture Butte.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate on Trimble data entry for crop tracking.
- Process cattle load information and vendor payments.
- Track cattle contract deposits for month-end reporting.
- Reconcile credit card receipts and handle monthly payroll.
- Crosstrain with other roles and help with month-end inventory.
- Respond to vendor and internal queries with professionalism.

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and discretion.
- A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
