**Your Mission**

Your mission in the Final Inspection role is to support production by maintaining a safe working area and monitoring quality throughout the shift. These duties include stacking material, visual inspection of the product, ongoing communication, and paperwork. This position works as part of a team with the packager to ensure all end of process needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensures there is a consistently good product being produced within specification.
- Communicate with Operators and Material Handlers throughout the shift.
- Maintain quality products.
- Inform all questionable product to Operators 1 and 2 to ensure it is properly labelled and quarantined.
- Ensure waste reports are completed.
- Keep the shop clean/wipe down machines during the shift.
- Organizing, & stacking boards ensuring piles are neat and straight.
- Product quality - watching for missing ribs, wavy edges, round corners - report any quality issues immediately.
- Folding bags, collapsing boxes.
- Emptying/folding/stacking material boxes & bags.
- Monitoring material levels in hoppers.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Quality experience is an asset.

Working Conditions
- Dayshift is 7 am
- 7 pm and follows a continental work schedule.
- Nightshift is 7 pm - 7 am and follows a continental work schedule.
