**Production Team Members** play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. **Compensation and Benefits**
- **Starting wages of $19.76/hr**:

- **Paid overtime after 40/hours per week**:

- **_Company_** Performance Bonuses**:

- **Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)**:

- **Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Produce Quality products
- Meet hourly production quotas
- Document daily production
- Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is_ preferred_ **-or—**successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
