What we are looking for:

- _Someone who loves DIY_: Who is ready to gain in depth product knowledge for what Randall’s sells
- _Someone who enjoys approaching and engaging customers_: Asking customers what they are working on and providing product based recommendations. Your goal will be superior customer service and to do everything you can to help our customers complete their projects successfully.
- _Someone with a good eye for colour and style:_ Paint Experience Necessary & Blinds knowledge is an asset.
- _Someone who wants to grow professionally within the décor world._
- _Someone who is not afraid to get a little dirty and do some heavy lifting_: tinting, mixing and colour matching as well as keeping the showroom stocked (incl. the ability to lift up to 5 gallon pails) and shop-able will be a key part of your day. Lifting odd sized long boxes with blinds in them
- _Someone who thrives working in a fast paced and dynamic environment_
- 2+years of retail experience (in the décor, design or paint field is an asset). Cashier and Computer (POS software) skills are an asset.
- Secondary School Diploma required. College Degree in related field is an asset. Decor or Design

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
