Job Title: Sales Specialist at Cigar Boutique

Job Summary: In search of a motivated Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our growing company. The Sales Specialist will focus on delivering top-notch service to our clientele and building customer relationships. **Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering expert guidance and knowledge on our premium cigars and merchandise.
- Initiate exceptional conversation with clients to understand preferences and needs, suggesting the most suitable products.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and product organization ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
- Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Proactive in maintaining product knowledge and store appearance.
- Expand your expertise and sales acumen during leisure work time.

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrated sales experience of 3 years with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- An innate curiosity and passion for product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience working 8-11 hour shifts.
- Must be 23 years of age or older.

**Competitive starting wage at $17-$22 per hour with paid training and varying growth opportunities.

Havana Castle Cigars is a renowned Cigar Boutique brand with a presence in over 30 locations across Ontario. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding team. Specializing in our own premium House blend cigars, we're dedicated to delivering an exceptional cigar experience

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
