Hilite Fine Foods is currently hiring an Account Executive to add to our sales team. for the GTA.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Base salary + uncapped monthly and annual commission
- Generous vehicle and phone allowance
- Home office based

**HILITE FINE FOODS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION**

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by developing and implementing sound selling strategies. You will for developing a portfolio of accounts that you would then be responsible for managing.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Account management
- Establish and maintain enduring account relationships based on trust and respect
- Focus on business development through efficient client prospecting
- Work with management team to troubleshoot customer issues/concerns in order to enhance customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Submit weekly activity reports
- Manage customer administration needs as required
- Participate in the execution of marketing activities and events
- Support accounts receivable with collections where required

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Sales “hunter” mentality in developing new business. Comfortable with cold calls and (gasp) likes the challenge they present
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and results oriented
- High degree of effective communication, presentation, negotiating and listening skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Embraces the challenge of hitting (and exceeding) personal and professional goals
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills with a genuine desire to provide superior customer service
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
- Excellent follow up and attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Personal vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license
- Hospitality experience would be an asset for this role

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
