**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tree Work**:

- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal in accordance with industry standards.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
- Identify and manage potential hazards related to tree work.
- Ensure all work sites are left clean and safe, following proper disposal procedures for debris.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to minimize risk of injury or property damage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and provide recommendations.

**Landscape Maintenance**:

- Perform snow removal tasks in winter season, including plowing, shovelling, and salting as required.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks in summer season, including mowing, trimming and landscape maintenance.
- Operate snow removal equipment such as snowplows, spreaders, and skid steers.
- Operate lawn care equipment such as zero turn mower, push mowers and line trimmers.
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in tree work, including pruning, removal, and safety practices considered an asset.
- Experience with snow removal equipment and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to tree work and snow removal.
- Ability to operate and maintain specialized tools and machinery.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, overnights during the snow season, and holidays, as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, lifting, and operating machinery.
