Job Description:
**Job Title**:Snow Operator / Maintenance Crew Lead**

**Location**: Cochrane, Bragg Creek & Surrounding Areas

**Position Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Snow Work**:

- Perform snow removal tasks, including plowing, minor shovelling, and salting as required.
- Operate snow removal equipment such as plow trucks, spreaders, and skid steers.
- Maintain and inspect snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure walkways, driveways, and parking lots are safe and accessible during winter weather.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage snow removal operations.

**Landscape Maintenance**:

- Lead a team of 2-3 people for landscape maintenance tasks.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment, including zero turn mowers, line trimmers, and other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Ensure all work sites are left clean and safe, following proper disposal procedures for debris.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to minimize risk of injury or property damage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and provide recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in snow removal and landscape maintenance considered an asset.
- Experience with snow removal equipment (plow truck, skid steer)
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to landscape maintenance and snow removal.
- Ability to operate and maintain specialized tools and machinery.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as needed in snow season.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, lifting, and operating machinery.
