Position: Retail Sales Associate

As a key member of our sales team, you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and assistance.
- Utilize your expert knowledge of women's fashion to guide and advise customers on product selection, styling, and trends.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, showcasing our latest collections, and upselling complementary products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and styling tips.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards to create an enticing shopping environment.
- Has previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in women's fashion retail.
- Is a savvy sales expert, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Lives and breathes women's fashion, with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Is driven, motivated, and thrives in a dynamic sales-driven environment.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
