A Cobble Hill original since 1983, the Cobblestone Pub & Liquor Store has been the heartbeat of the village for decades. We’ve been here for it all — the celebrations, the milestones, and even the everyday “just because” moments. Locally owned and operated, we’re more than a pub; we’re a community hub where great food, great drinks, and great people come together.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook who lives for the heat of a busy kitchen and takes genuine pride in their craft. If you’ve got at least two years of experience and know your way around a line station, you’ll fit right in. We need someone reliable, professional, and flexible — mostly evenings and weekends, with the occasional mid-shift to keep things interesting.

Here, you’ll do more than just “make food.” You’ll be part of a team that puts care, consistency, and flavour into every plate.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Cooking up our signature menu items — from appetizers to desserts — with precision and passion
- Following recipes and presentation standards so every plate meets our guests’ expectations (and yours)
- Owning your station like a pro and keeping the flow smooth with the rest of the kitchen team
- Watching quality like a hawk — because fresh, flavourful food is non-negotiable
- Keeping your workspace spotless and safe, following all food safety standards
- Contributing ideas and creativity to keep our menu exciting and evolving

**What You Bring**:

- At least 2 years of proven experience in a busy kitchen
- Solid cooking skills, food safety knowledge (Food Safe Certified), and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- The ability to stay cool under pressure while juggling multiple orders
- Strong communication, timing, and teamwork skills
- Pride in your work — because you know the details matter

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
