D. Alex Macdonald Ford, part of the MacDonald Automotive Group, is looking for a motivated and team-oriented Shuttle/Parts Delivery person to join our growing team
- Drive safely, responsibly and be prepared for all road conditions
- Respect coworkers, equipment and customers
- Pre and post trip checks of the unit each time it is used (emphasis on ensuring adequate fluid levels)
- Complete all applicable paperwork required
- Manage passenger behavior by quickly and effectively solving problems
- Communicate with dispatch at your scheduled time, prepared and ready to go
- Fuel shuttle vehicle as required (never with a customer(s) on board) and record information as per procedure
- Keep a shuttle log
- Maintain an extremely clean shuttle vehicle
- Use the safe work procedures
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations and policies (Highway Safety Act, employee policies, etc.)
- Know where registration, inspection and collision reporting documents papers are located in vehicle and ensure they are up to date
- Will be required to backfill at the Service Advisor desk
- Perform administrative tasks as required during down times
- Deliver parts to local shops as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 PEI drivers license
- Acceptable Drivers Abstract
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check
- Organized, punctual and reliable
- Clear reading and writing skills
- Calm, pleasant and helpful manner
- Excellent driving skills and habits
- Map / satellite navigation reading ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with all parties
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Knowledge of attractions and venues in and around Charlottetown
- Must be willing to drive in all kinds of weather, light, road and traffic conditions
- Must be organized, punctual, friendly and respectful

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
