Position

We are looking to hire a Construction Site Helper to assist our team on construction sites.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist carpenters and other sub-trades in tool organization and carrying out their work

Site clean up: organizing waste and material, sweeping, dusting, mopping, window cleaning and garbage removal

Lifting, stacking, moving materials, requiring you to occasionally lift objects up to 50 lb.

Basic Carpentry tasks

Performs general labour tasks & demolition

Operates hand and small power tools

Pickup and deliveries of material and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License
- Able to reliably get to and from job sites and willing to travel within the Greater Vancouver Area
- Physically fit and healthy
- Able to take and follow directions
- Positive, energetic, motivated attitude
- Ability to operate small hand tools and small power equipment
- Proven commitment to working within a team
- Hard-working, reliable, and punctual
- Be able to read and interpret basic drawings in order to execute
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Benefits**:
