**A H.I.T. Labourer has a minimum of 2 years of** **experience in construction and is attentive to detail. Whether it be cleaning the site, maintaining tools and storage, or helping the carpenters. Communication with co-workers and clients is required. This is a place where only the passionate about this industry need apply**

**Compensation Package**:

- $28.00/hr
- Full Time 40 hours/wk - Occasional Overtime
- Mon - Fri (Occasional Weekends)
- 2 Weeks Paid Vacation - 4% of earnings
- Medical Benefit Package

**Duties & Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Ability to get to job sites or meeting locations on time
- Ability to take verbal or written direction to complete tasks
- Be organized and self starting
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining tools, job sites and storage shop
- Cleaning sites as required
- Helping contractors and sub trades when required
- Must be comfortable working with subcontractors
- Using company vehicles to pick up materials when required


**Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of construction experience.
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Ability to verbally understand, read and write in English
- High attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
