**Compensation**:
- **General Licensed Team Member**: $50,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $60,000+
- **General & LLQP Licensed Team Member**: $55,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $70,000+
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with billing, claims, and other inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through value-driven conversations.
- Collaborate with a successful and supportive team after completing licensing and training.
- Stay self-motivated in a role with mínimal direct supervision.
**Requirements**:
- A **reliable vehicle** for transportation.
- **Clean credit history** (no items in collections, no bankruptcy in the past 7 years).
- Exceptional **interpersonal** and **communication skills** (verbal, written, and listening).
- Ability to **problem-solve proactively** and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A commitment to **customer service excellence**, even in challenging situations.
- Willingness to **pivot to additional products** we offer for those customers who are fully protected.
