**Summary**
Located in Surrey, this role requires in-office presence from Monday to Friday and reports to the Senior Vice President of Development.
**The Role**:
- Development status report including status of City approvals
- Project consultant organization and management (Issuing RFPs, contracts, drawings and tracking deliverables)
- Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and record minutes, public consultation events
- Coordination of legal documents including, but not limited to, housing agreements, disclosure statements, strata plans and bylaws
- Maintain knowledge of bylaws and changes and any municipal and other government regulations that impact project feasibility
- Project Proforma & analysis
- Cashflow through the project lifecycle including cost controls
- Preparation of public presentations, feasibility and market studies
- Preparation of development schedule
- Valid BC driver’s license
**Your background**:
- 1-2 years of project administration experience with a development or construction company
Relevant undergraduate degree or diploma in real estate development, urban land economics, urban planning, or architecture
- Self starter with a keen interest in real estate development
- Excellent organization skills, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities and adapt to constant changes
**Compensation and Benefits**:
Weststone offers a competitive base salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 (actual offered base salary is dependent on experience and qualification) along with a comprehensive health and dental plan.
