**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth loan processing
- Provide internal support to various departments as needed
- Bonus: Help maintain and update company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in office administration, finance, or customer service preferred
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit are assets
