**Job Summary**: This position is responsible for handling all manual departmental processes for all orders while adhering to all GDCAEP processes and procedures. Operators will be responsible for following a production schedule at the station and balancing each run before starting another, following all department SOPs and using department systems and tools as are already established.
- ** Shift**: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:15 pm
- ** Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the highest quality standards for all processed work
- Meet established department benchmarks within a month
- Maintain the highest integrity standards for all processed work
- Must be focused and show an attention to detail
- Must be focused on customer satisfaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the work area
- Other duties as required
- Comply with all G+D internal policies as they relate to; processing, conduct, safety and security of both product and self
- Comply with G+D Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures and report any Environmental, Health & Safety hazards, incidents and concerns to the immediate supervisor/manager. Management will ensure employees are provided with job-specific Environmental, Health & Safety information, training and also ensure employees follow workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements**:
**Work Experience**:

- 1-2 years of related work experience in the manufacturing/production field

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Good communication and reading skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Work under minimum supervision and as part of a team

**Education**:

- Completion of High School preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Repetitive routine work
- Noisy environment
- Read the small print on a daily basis
- Fast-paced and secure environment

**Physical Requirements**:

- Lifting up to 40lbs
- Pushing up to 20lbs bs
