Located downtown at Main Street East and James Street South, the Club is easily accessible by public transit.

We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as **Administration and Member Concierge**. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional member experiences.

**Position Overview**:
The Administration and Member Concierge is the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll manage administrative tasks, support membership services, coordinate member communications, and assist with daily Club operations. Your role is key to ensuring members feel welcomed, supported, and informed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration**
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager/COO, including scheduling meetings and managing documents.
- Prepare agendas, board packages, and meeting minutes for Board of Directors and Finance Committee meetings.
- Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Manage daily reservations, event registrations, and update daily menus.
- Assist F&B Manager with event inquiries, creating menus on Canva
- Updating The Hamilton Club website and sending out E-News weekly
- Coordinate letters of introduction and bookings with affiliate clubs.

**Membership Services**
- Support membership growth by managing membership inquiries, giving Club tours, and onboarding new members.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Keep membership records and contact information up to date.
- Maintain accurate listings of affiliate clubs and manage related communications.
- Answer, manage, and direct all front desk phone calls.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Experience using Jonas Encore, MailChimp, Canva and Excel are considered an asset**
