**We’re currently seeking a Store Manager that is a dynamic individual with retail/leadership experience that will empower team members, take initiative, drive results and can live our culture and values.**

**Overview of the Role**:

- Delivering extreme and customized service to all customers and ensure team is delivering the same level of service
- Ensuring the store has adequate inventory, and is merchandised up to company standards and directives
- Implementing feature displays and special events in store through visual merchandising and planning
- Coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to team including performance reviews
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to specific duties/sections, following up on results
- Maintains store team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising results
- Achieves financial objectives including sales goals, scheduling budgets, overtime management and store metrics
- Maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures that follow company policies
- Attend monthly meetings, webinars/seminars to up-skill to provide opportunities for further growth
- Lives company values daily and ensures the team is following suit

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Two to Five Years of proven success in building customer relationships and providing the “wow” experience in a retail management or supervisory position
- High sales volume experience
- Offer new ideas and enthusiasm to drive sales and lead team to success
- Leadership skills resulting in KPI results, team retention and coaching strategies
- Passion for retail with an entrepreneurial spirit and always looking to develop your business skills and bring forward new ideas
- Open availability and manage multiple situations with ease and skill
- Strong Communication skills (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong team building and mentorship skills to lead by example
- Visual merchandising experience is an asset
- Strong organizational skills to properly manage tasks and workload

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whistler, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
