**Duties**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to evaluate health status.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are developed (within your scope)
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Jane for documentation and data collection.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Offer pediatric care when necessary, ensuring age-appropriate assessments and interventions.

**Experience**
- Registered and licensed within your modalities
- Proficiency in data collection methods related to patient assessments and outcomes.
- A solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to internal medicine practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
