**Hours: 35 hours/week**
**Job Type: Hybrid**
**Status: Full-time, Permanent**
The Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR) is seeking an experienced professional to fill the key role of Clinical Research Coordinator in the Ontario Hereditary Cancer Research Network (OHCRN).
This position is full-time, permanent and is offered as a hybrid position with a combination of onsite and remote work.

**The responsibilities include**:
- Planning, implementing and coordinating data collection, source documentation and data entry per OICR and hospital policies, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
- Working with various teams, including doctors, genetic counsellors, researchers, scientists and patients at multiple genetics clinics and labs across Ontario to support registry development and obtain participant information.
- Registry maintenance, data transcription.
- Assisting with research ethics submissions, including annual renewals and amendments.
- Coordinating with the study team to execute administrative tasks, including meeting facilitation, presentations, and conferences.
- Conducts literature searches/reviews.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Clinical and/or professional experience with clinical research experience, preferred.
- Knowledge and interest in hereditary cancer genetics, genetic testing and genomic technologies, required.
- Experience with database maintenance and electronic patient record systems.
- Knowledge of clinical research principles and research regulations an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities, problem solve and work independently.
- Confident in working with a variety of stakeholders and people from different disciplines.
- Strong Proficiency with MS Office software, Word, Excel, Outlook, G Suite.
- Knowledge of research regulations and guidelines.
- Recognized certification in clinical research an asset.
