**About the Position**:
Europro is looking to hire a Certified Skilled Carpenter with knowledge of various carpentry techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures and buildings throughout our Kitchener-Waterloo portfolio.

**What you’ll do**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, and assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout and installation o Conduct repair work and installation of: doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs and other fixtures as required o Assess the quality of woodwork and materials o Complete all work in compliance with local building codes o Embrace a Health & Safety focused environment, focused on prevention of accident / incident o Provide customer service to tenants, as required.

This position will be full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

**Minimum Qualifications**: o Min. 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Ability to operate and repair tools, machines and other related equipment
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull and lift heavy objects
- Drywall, taping and plastering skills considered an asset
- Must be pleasant and comfortable interacting with tenants
- Considerable experience and knowledge of the standard practices, methods, materials and tools of the carpentry trade.
- Ability to read and interpret sketches (maps/blueprints)
- Must possess and be able to maintain a valid Glass “G” Driver’s License
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment o Strong problem solving skills with the ability to multi task efficiently
