**The Company**

We are looking for a carpenter to join the DRD team. We work hard, treat people right and make sure we all have a great time doing it. We build trust with our clients so honesty and integrity are fundamental values of our company.

Done Right Deck specialized in premium outdoor living including Custom Decks, outdoor kitchens, living rooms, gazebos, custom pergolas and more. We also complete interior renovations during the winter time. We are striving to offer the best customer experience along with elite level quality.

**The Role**

We are currently looking for a Carpenter to join our growing team in the KW area. You will be reporting directly to the Crew Leader on job sites. We are looking for an individual who is looking to work this fall with the potential to be hired full time depending on performance. This individual will need access to their own vehicle to meet at the job site.

**Salary: $20-$26**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction & demolition of Decks, Pergola, Gazebos, Fences
- Perform Manual and physical labour
- Assist crew leader in a various aspects of building
- Responsible for transportation to and from job sites
- Responsible for Personal Tools (Tool belt)
- Compliance with Health and safety training and reporting
- Use common sense to alleviate any issues the customer may be having with any aspect of the design/build process
- Ensure the job site is kept clean, tidy and safe
- Ensure the jobsite is left clean & organized at end of day
- Keep track of hours allocation to job & ensure crew accurately tracks hours
- Operate light machinery (not Often)
- Assist with administrative and Interior project planning
- Preform related duties are required

What were looking for
- 1-2 years carpentry experience (preferred)
- Ability to use hand and power tools in a skillful and safe manner
- Ability to lift a min. 50 lbs
- Strong attention for detail & communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Must be punctual
