**Job Description** Position: Housekeeper**
**Wage: $22.48**
**Schedule: Minimum availability - 2 days a week (days, afternoon, night) and alternate weekends.**

We are looking for an **Environmental Service Attendant 1**to join our dynamic team. This position is a **CASUAL Role.** You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
**What You’ll Do**:
- As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you provide exceptional cleaning and sanitation services that contribute directly to patient safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly cleaning rooms, washrooms, hallways, windows, carpets, and high-touch surfaces
- Maintaining cleanliness of light fixtures, furniture, vents, and mattresses
- Making and changing beds
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors
- Replenishing hygiene supplies
- Emptying garbage and biohazard containers
- Setting up furniture and performing minor repairs or reporting maintenance needs
- Adhering strictly to infection prevention, safety, and healthcare standards
- Working closely with fellow team members and hospital staff to ensure timely service
**Qualifications** What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
- Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Passion for maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
Clean offices, patient/resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, schools, common areas, restrooms, lobbies, food service areas, and any other areas that may require special attention.
In this essential role, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
