As an "Indoor Air Quality Technician," you'll be joining our enthusiastic and customer-focused team at Modern PURAIR®. No prior experience in Sales, Skilled Labor, or HVAC is required, but it's a plus. **Responsibilities**: - Work with an established "Indoor Air Quality Technician" to complete Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Cleaning for Residential and Commercial clients. - Assist in operating your own truck route under the guidance of an experienced team member. - Embrace the PURAIR Way and adhere to our proven systems for success. - Educate clients on our services, provide pricing information, and use our software for invoicing. - Drive our state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinter Vans to and from job sites. - Maintain truck inventory and ensure smooth operations. **Preferred Qualities**: - Positive and energetic personality with a motivation for success. - Comfortable working both independently and within a team. - Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. - Clean driver abstract and ability to pass a criminal background check. - Openness to learning and adaptability. **Compensation and Benefits**: - Start at $20/hr during the training period, riding along with an experienced IAQ Technician. - After training, you'll become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure, earning up to 8% of the revenue you generate, with uncapped earning potential. - Earn a generous commission on all of the sales you make - Full benefits package after 90 days, including dental care, disability insurance, and extended health care. - Company provides iPad for job-related tasks. - Generous paid vacation, increasing annually. **Job Types**: - Full-time - Permanent - Apprenticeship **Salary**: - $22.00-$50 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Discounted or free food - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Profit sharing - Vision care - Wellness program **Language Requirement**: French not required **Schedule**: - 10-hour shift 4 days a week OR 8-hour shift 5 days a week. - Day shifts (weekend availability is a huge plus) **Supplemental Pay Types**: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay **Work Location**: In-person **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 40 per week **Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Paid time off - Profit sharing - Tuition reimbursement Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
