**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads and follow-up activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry products and options.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer needs.
