Hiring part time Baker. Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays.

True Confections is a renowned bakery known for our exquisite cakes, pies, sauces, and icings. We take pride in our commitment to quality and our passion for creating delicious confections that delight our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bake a variety of cakes, pies, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all baked goods are prepared in a timely manner and meet our high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and creativity in baking and decorating.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
