**Reports To**: Director of Operations
**Employment Type**: Full Time (Mon
- Fri 9-5pm)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Management**
- Supervise and support clinical staff including nurses, aestheticians, and coordinators
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture centered on growth and accountability
- Support performance reviews, feedback, and staff development initiatives

**2. Clinical Oversight**
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, medical regulations, and clinical standards
- Partner with the Medical Director to implement best practices for all treatments offered

**3. Patient Care Excellence**
- Oversee the client experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up
- Address patient questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care

**4. Sales & Performance**
- Set and track monthly/quarterly sales goals for team and individual staff
- Create and execute sales strategies to promote services, retail, and treatment packages
- Review sales data and coach team members to optimize performance

**5. Clinic Operations**
- Manage clinic scheduling, supplies, and inventory across both locations
- Streamline workflows to ensure efficiency and minimize wait times

**6. Quality & Compliance**
- Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure consistent standards of care

**7. Training & Development**
- Organize regular training on treatments, technologies, and sales techniques
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving best practices

**8. Financial Oversight**
- Assist with budget planning and cost control
- Coordinate with administration for accurate billing and service documentation

**What You BringEducation**:

- Bachelor’s degree, healthcare diploma, or related clinical education

**Experience**:

- Minimum **1 year in a clinical setting** and **2+ years in a leadership/management role** within aesthetics or related field

**Certifications**:

- Valid nursing license (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures and safety protocols

**Skills**:

- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent sales skills and experience meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR/booking systems
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and industry regulations
