**Summary**: Responsible for the strategic development of the Industry Segment (IS) /Industry Cluster (IC) in accordance with the overall corporate strategy
**Location**: Québec area
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops national strategy for Industry Segment/Industry Cluster
- Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies and in collaboration with the IS Manager
- Effectively handles strategic accounts and achieves agreed sales targets
- Coaches and trains the team (i.e., Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, National Key Account Managers, and IS Team Leader) in IS-related knowledge
- Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the specific cluster
- Supports IS Team Leader, Sales manager and Management in general providing market inputs and information
- Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- Local language, English fluent
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the industry cluster/industry segment area of responsibility
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster

**Les tâches de ce poste comprennent**:
- Développe la stratégie nationale pour le segment d'industrie/le cluster d'industrie.

- Diplôme technique, Master ou similaire, de préférence dans l'une des disciplines suivantes : ingénierie commerciale, ingénierie mécanique, électrique ou électronique ou mécatronique.
- Langue locale, anglais courant
- MS-Office, outils CRM, Share Point, Business Object
- 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Connaissances spécifiques dans le domaine de responsabilité du cluster industriel/segment industriel
- Connaissance de la structure des clients et du marché du segment d'industrie, du cluster d'industrie
