International Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share internationally.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners to drive sales growth in target markets.
- Develop a network of distributors in previously undeveloped territories and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Prospect and open lines of communication with potential clients in assigned regions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor sales strategies and messaging for specific regions and industries.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, provide regular reports, and develop sales forecasts to present to management.
- Communicate directly with the sales director regarding any potential issues or concerns relating to existing or prospected clients.
- Potential to be assigned secondary tasks by the Sales Director
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities on Scentroid’s ERP/CRM system.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our product lines and service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in international B2B sales, preferably within the environmental monitoring or related industry.
- Experience in managing distributor networks and driving channel sales initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using organizational software to maintain a client database.
**Additional Assets**:
- Familiarity with quality management systems based on ISO9001
- Knowledge of the instrumentation industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
