**Position Summary**
Working as part of the Network & Server (IT) team, the Network & Server student is primarily responsible for the following:
**Major Responsibilities**
- Manage workstation and mobile device requests and troubles
- Oversee workstation lifecycle deployments
- Troubleshoot and install software
- Maintain Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) system
- Provide active directory administration and troubleshooting related to end user support
- Triage, prioritize, and respond to request and trouble tickets
- Process assets as per Asset Management procedure
- Provide support to Network and Server team as needed
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering Technology; Electronics Engineering Technician - Computers
- Excellent trouble shooting skills; problem solving
- Hardware experience working with PCs and printers
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11; Windows Server experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Conditions of Employment**
- To qualify as a student, you must be in full-time attendance in your graduating year of High School or at a Post-Secondary School prior to summer employment and be returning to a Post Secondary School on a full-time basis in the fall of this year

A Criminal Records Check is a CRC which searches the National repository for criminal records in Canada via the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC). It also identifies pending criminal code charges and outstanding warrants.
