It's a place where you can genuinely make an impact - and be recognized for it. **Your Role**: The Product Management team is responsible for executing product strategy, prioritizing and aligning roadmaps, and for researching and defining enhancements and upgrades to Global Relay products and services. They ensure we are consistently delivering value and solving important market problems. As a Technical Product Manager ("TPM") you are the product owner for specific components/features of Global Relay's Identity and Access Management product line ("IAM") working with a small, highly focused, and cross-functional team. You will collaborate with Product Management, Program Management, Agile teams and Subject Matter Experts across the business to deliver industry leading integrations with key identity providers such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Okta and Google Directory. **Your Job**: Working in a dynamic team environment, the TPM is responsible for: - Owning the up and down responsibility for the delivery of their component / feature for Administration, Identity and Access Management - Serving as primary product expert (functional, not technical) for the components for which you are responsible - Building and maintaining customer and vendor relationships to provide the insights and guidance needed to deliver integration solutions - Collaborating with senior product management, sales, support, clients, and other TPMs to produce and manage their component's backlog and contribute to the product roadmap - Lead the strategic development of new features and enhancements with ownership and development of a product roadmap. - Translating product roadmap initiatives and feature requests into requirements, models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artifacts - Collaborating with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to lead requirements through the design phase - Identifying and coordinating cross-component dependencies throughout the development process - Working with Product & Program Management, Development, and other departments to actively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensuring product initiatives are within schedule - Supporting Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Provisioning, Professional Services, Technical Documentation, Training, and Technical Support throughout the release process with training, documentation, announcements, and other release activities - Prioritizing and refining their team(s) backlog - Attending regular sync ups with your product manager and other TPMs in your product team - Leading sprint planning for your Agile team(s) - Attending daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives and other meetings with your Agile team(s) - Understanding the design, business logic, and technical architecture of their platform components and how those components interact with the rest of the platform, external clients and protocols - Experience with any of the following is considered an asset: - Administration and/or Identity and Access Management products and services - SCIM Identity and Access Management integration protocol - OAuth - Delivering micro services - Large scale performance and scalability - Reporting, analytics and big data concepts **About You**: - 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner - Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies - Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals - Experience leading cross-team initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization - Experience planning, monitoring, and reporting on project status for multiple initiatives/teams - Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modelling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills **What you can expect**: At Global Relay, there's no ceiling to what you can achieve.
