**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of flooring products and accessories initiatives.
- Maintain and update the product status and database to ensure accurate and current information is readily accessible for team members.
- Conduct inspections of products and profiles upon arrival to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks on flooring products and accessories to maintain quality standards and facilitate effective communication regarding product quality.
- Prepare, edit, and format various types of documents related to product development and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and printing firms to create visually appealing designs for product and marketing assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and executive teams to effectively communicate the company's vision and values.
- Assist with clerical tasks and support office and event operations, including trade shows and procurement activities as needed.
- Serve as a resource for senior marketing professionals, offering assistance with completing large-scale projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Mandarin language skill
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications that would be considered an asset**
- Experience with flooring industry
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and illustrator
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with social media maintenance and paid Ads (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Programming and coding
- Experience with Google Ads, Analytics and SEO

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
