Myers Kanata Chevrolet has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to join our team as an accounting/deal closing clerk.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Accurately record vehicle sales
- Payout liens on trade-ins
- Payout floor plan amount after vehicle delivery
- Prepare and remit all payments for warranties sold and other remittances as required
- New and Used inventory count
- Assist in closing month-end and year-end

Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience working in a Dealership setting

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
