The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of **Technician, AP**. This job is full-time permanent.

**Technician, Accounts Payable**
We're looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join our professional accounts payable team. You must bring a progressive and innovative attitude and be ready for challenges.

**Your challenges**:
As accounts payables technician you will be responsible for one or more sites, working closely with internal and external customers to provide operational support.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Analysis and validation of account statements;
- Analysis and resolution of problematic invoices;
- Take part in the month-end process;
- Processing and recording of invoices in the various systems mainly SAP and Guide TI;
- Constant communication with sites and suppliers to ensure proper treatment of invoices;
- Monitoring of debtor suppliers and accruals;

**Your team**:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, you will be part of a dynamic group recognized for its true team spirit.

Your profile:

- Having completed a DEC, AEC, DEP or a Bachelor in Administration or Accounting is an asset;
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a large company;

**Your skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both official languages;
- Telecommuting in an online environment;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams;
- Making customers and their needs a primary focus of your actions;
- Solid planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to work as a team member, communicate with all levels of the organization and adapt quickly to change.
