As a newly established site in a well-established global business, our Windsor team operates with a startup mindset, backed by the resources and stability of an international organization. We’re looking for Production Operators who are hands-on, strategic, and ready to play a key role in building and leading our production operations in Canada.

**Position Summary**:
The Production Operator at Vitux Canada Inc. plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations within our GMP-regulated facility. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, following strict production procedures, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The Production Operator works as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced start-up environment where attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment following GMP standards.
- Accurately complete production records and follow SOPs.
- Package, label, and inspect products to meet quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
- Comply with all workplace health & safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and use of PPE.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous production or manufacturing experience an asset; experience in the Natural Health Products (NHP) sector is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, or Health Canada regulatory requirements is a strong asset.
- Must be able to provide a police clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, or adjusted hours as required.
- Able to lift upto 50lbs.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
