Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Position Schedule: Daily assignments based on operational requirements We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Field Application Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while representing our company at leading retail locations across Toronto and the GTA. Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license. Reliable personal vehicle and transportation. Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused approach. Ability to meet established daily performance expectations. Compensation Package:
- Starting compensation: $3,500 bi-weekly
- Potential increase to $5,000 bi-weekly following successful completion of a 3-month performance review The initial working shift will include supervised training to familiarize employees with company procedures, expectations, and operational requirements. Work Locations Assigned retail locations include participating Walmart stores throughout Toronto and the GTA, such as Dufferin Mall, Gerrard Square, Sheridan Mall, North Park Plaza, Downsview, Stockyards, Rexdale, and Etobicoke locations. Employees must be available and willing to travel between assigned retail locations. Daily assignments, routes, and store locations may vary based on operational requirements, business needs, and location availability.
