Working in the Returns Department and in collaboration with the Post market Surveillance team, process completion of customer complaints and transfer the complete case to Post Market surveillance for adequate execution in order to assure compliance to internal and external requirements (21 CFR Part 820, cGMP & ISO 13485:2003) and other international regulatory bodies as applicable.
- Receive customer complaints from multiple sources.
- Check for discrepancies about the returned information and products
- Check with the customer if any discrepancy might occur in order to ensure that the Quality Notification to be transferred to Post Market Surveillance is complete.
- Contact customers if needed for additional information / clarification.
- Sterilize returned products to support Returns and PMS department investigations.
- Document and provide replacement articles to customers, creating the FD order.
- Perform general filing of documentation.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance of autoclave equipment.
- Check and close not confirmed cases from customers without any adequate complaints.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school education or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Quality systems, Returns and Post Market Surveillance processes
- Ability to read and write English clearly
- Able to plan and organize daily work to ensure on time completion
- Good file organization
