Inside Sales Representative

**Our company is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Rep to join our vibrant team in the medical aesthetics sector.** This role offers the perfect blend of remote work flexibility and periodic in-office collaboration (once a week), designed to foster teamwork and optimize success. You’ll play a vital role in increasing revenue by connecting with clients, showcasing our innovative product line, and utilizing ongoing promotions to enhance sales performance. The focus of this role is on relationship management, with no cold calling involved.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Development**: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Handle calls from prospective and existing customers to answer inquiries and close sales.
- **Sales Excellence**: Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, driving the company’s overall success. Track and report sales performance metrics.
- **Comprehensive Sales Process Management**: Oversee the sales process from start to finish, guaranteeing a smooth and positive experience for clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our offerings, staying informed about market trends and competitive products to effectively convey their value to clients.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer objections, handle concerns, and resolve issues to convert prospects into buyers. Suggest additional products or services that complement the customer’s purchase to maximize revenue.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other teams to align sales strategies and share customer insights.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: At least two years in sales, ideally in outbound or face-to-face roles
- **Education**: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Key Skills**:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with a team in a hybrid work environment.
