We are looking for an administration and executive assistant who can support the director of Seero group of companies. The assistant will need to perform the duties such as:

- Assist in word processing for reports and documents
- Assist in preparing presentations
- Assist in travel arrangements
- Assist in call management
- Assist in calendar management
- Assist in business development activities

**Administration Skills**:

- Document control
- Create, manage, and update folders in the system
- Manage and update the incoming/outgoing letters and documents
- Welcome visitors or clients and answer or refer their inquiries
- Respond to external /internal call

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills (English is a must)
- Time Management
- Documentation

Teamwork
- Goal-oriented
- Attention to details

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
