Silk & Snow is a Toronto-based, digitally native retailer of responsibly made sleep and home essentials. You will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up and work on a team with full in-house marketing. We are seeking an individual that is creative, highly motivated, with a keen eye for the latest trends to produce video and still image content for our social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate video content concepts
- Manage the creation of video content from the development to execution and production stages
- Consider key performance indicators (engagement vs conversion rate) when strategizing content
- Maintain brand consistency through multiple social media channels
- Must be a confident individual willing to appear on camera

**Skills**:

- Must have a natural feel and awareness of the latest trends on social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Must have a flair for marketing with the know-how to create engaging content
- Proficiency with video editing software
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must have creative skills
- Comfortable planning and creating content independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
