**Content Creator, Solution Design for a Technology Company**

We are looking for a creative and diligent Content Creator to join our Solution Design Team in Toronto.

Alertdriving® has been the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space for almost 25 years. Its world-class enterprise technology platform, FleetDefense®, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet.

Key responsibilities and skills:

- An appreciation for well-established guidelines and procedures
- Practical problem-solving skills and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology
- Assist in the creation of the optimal solution by selecting the precise content for clients based on their requirements, collision analytics and operational constraints
- Create and manage all aspects of custom content for our clients, including but not limited to policy testing, policy consultation, and client specific video content
- Liaise between account teams to ensure that client’s projects expectations are met
- Manage and prioritize maintenance of our 25,000 lessons across 75 countries and 125 languages
- Ensure that the Alertdriving® and FleetDefense® brands are represented appropriately in presentations, marketing material and social media
- The ability to plan, prioritize and balance multiple projects, while maintaining a high-quality work rate
- Support content by using established processes to address inquiries and complaints
- Friendly and instructive presentation skills and style

Job Characteristics
- Each day will be different from the next with a variety of content requests from different departments internally
- Work within established systems, standards and procedures to produce content
- It’s a fast-paced position, often managing multiple content projects simultaneously
- Open flowing communication and organizational relationships areimportant

Helpful experience:

- Post-secondary education and an interest in technology
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things fueled by inherent curiosity
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a content creation, writing or creative role
- A track record of creating and maintaining content in a professional environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Apple’s OS

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
