_**Position Overview**:_

We're looking for a skilled and motivated facility Millwright/Maintenance assistant to become an integral part of our Production Department and facility. You would be working under a certified Millwright with over 15 years of experience with the company.
- **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:_
- Maintain and enhance our facility, including preventative maintenance and life cycle requirements.
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance plans, and develop new ones as required.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify problems and perform necessary repairs required.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Ensure all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Conduct preventative maintenance work.
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
- Respond to operators’ requests within standards established for safety, time, and cleanliness.
- Perform facility maintenance duties as required including minor plumbing, light changing.
- Participate in departmental strategic planning and budgeting.
- Comply with and participate in the Company’s Health & Safety and Quality programs and initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as required.
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required but not limited to**:_
- Experience in maintenance or in a millwork position
- Professional, punctual, meticulous, and diligent.
- Computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
- Good organizational and willing to be trained
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work as a team, and work independently.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, electronics, and maintenance
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Good time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

- Overtime pay

- Day Shift (preferred)
