**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Marketing Execution**:

- Support the execution of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Houzz, SEO, and website updates.
- Help maintain Google My Business and other local listings.
- Coordinate campaign assets and copy requests with the Marketing Manager and creative resources.
- Track and summarize marketing performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to graphic design tasks, including preparing visuals, layouts, and digital assets.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and adapt marketing materials for print and digital.

**Sales Administration**:

- Support HubSpot CRM administration: maintaining pipeline accuracy, running reports, and assisting with data updates.
- Assist with lead management, follow-up workflows, and campaign tracking.
- Help update and organize sales collateral, forms, and presentations.
- Assist in distributing dealer communications and promotional announcements.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to improve sales team efficiency and accuracy.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Required**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales administration, or related roles.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in a marketing & sales support role within manufacturing, home design, or related industries.
- Experience producing social and web-ready graphics, brochures, or sales collateral.
- Familiarity with GA4 and reporting dashboards.
- Experience coordinating between sales, marketing, and external partners.

**Key Tools**:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- HubSpot CRM.
- Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager.
- GA4 Analytics.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Canva (for quick-turn projects).

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- Competitive salary of $50,000-$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a performance bonus (total compensation up to $60,000).
