**The Role**

We’re looking for a creative and motivated **Marketing Coordinator** to drive the expansion of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental our growth by helping scale our marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C areas.

As a **Marketing Coordinator**, you will contribute to various aspects of our marketing efforts, including managing social media campaigns, fostering influencer collaborations, coordinating events, and creating compelling content. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced marketing team while collaborating with leading global institutions.

**A Day in the Life**
- **Social media**: Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Research trends and contribute to developing innovative social media strategies.
- **Market research**:Help conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform social media and content marketing strategies.
- **Partnerships**: Help grow and manage our channel and school partner networks.
- **Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders**: Work with internal teams to support various departmental initiatives, including internal communications, presentations, educational workshops etc.
- **Branding**: Ensure consistent and accurate use of branding across all materials.
- **Analytics and reporting**:Monitor marketing KPIs and gather insights on marketing campaign performance. Compile reports to recommend improvements.
- **Administrative tasks**:Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and content libraries.

**Who You Are**
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- College or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience working in the education industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with content marketing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.).
- Experience in creating content and managing social media accounts on platforms like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- And creative thinker who’s not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Adaptive ability to work closely with internal or external stakeholders to create visually compelling marketing and sales materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Strong project management and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities or projects can shift quickly.
