Thursday to Sunday

7 AM to 3 PM.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Open delivery investigations with Canada Post and UPS
- Update existing customer information
- Process refunds
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Process RMA and Return to Senders

Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the frontline of our organization, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. With core skills in English proficiency, customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and strong communication abilities, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your premium skills in data entry, multilingual capabilities, analysis skills, and sales acumen will enable you to go above and beyond in meeting customer needs and driving revenue through upselling opportunities. Fluency in Spanish will be a valuable asset in serving our Spanish-speaking clientele. Join our team and be a vital part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
